Extended Maintenance Window Following Scheduled Update
Resolved - Our scheduled maintenance associated with the new application release was originally planned to begin at 12:00 and conclude at 1:30. Due to a delay, the maintenance started at 1:00. While the work was expected to last 1.5 hours, it ultimately required additional time and was completed at 3:45 to ensure the update was carried out safely and all systems were working as expected.
